The planned 90,000-square-foot building, called the Columbia Business Center, would be situated at the intersection of Yankee Doodle Road and Columbia Drive, according to a marketing brochure by Cushman & Wakefield. . The site spans 6.9 acres.
The development aligns with Endeavor’s strategy of investing in suburban infill locations in the Twin Cities, said Principal Josh Budish.

The plan is to build a 112,500-square-foot building with a height of 28 feet, 11 dock doors and 2 drive-in doors. Eagan currently has a 4 percent vacancy rate according to JLL, who will be marketing this project for lease.
Construction is planned for an April start date with completion in the fall of 2021.
