Endeavor Development plans to buy Eagan site for new office/warehouse project

 
 

Edina-based Endeavor Development is eyeing an Eagan site for its next industrial development.

The planned 90,000-square-foot building, called the Columbia Business Center, would be situated at the intersection of Yankee Doodle Road and Columbia Drive, according to a marketing brochure by Cushman & Wakefield. . The site spans 6.9 acres.

The development aligns with Endeavor’s strategy of investing in suburban infill locations in the Twin Cities, said Principal Josh Budish.
