Endeavor Development is a commercial real estate development and investment firm founded by industry veteran Josh Budish. Since its founding in 2020, Endeavor has developed and acquired approximately 6 million square feet of commercial real estate and today manages approximately $600 million of assets on behalf of the firm and its investment partners.

Based in the Minneapolis–St. Paul market, Endeavor has completed more than 40 projects spanning ground-up development, acquisitions and build-to-suit opportunities. Our team has developed particular expertise in industrial real estate, executing projects ranging from large-scale business parks and speculative developments to complex single-tenant facilities for leading national and global companies.

Endeavor’s growth has been built on disciplined investment, strong execution and long-standing relationships with tenants, brokers, capital partners and communities. We invest meaningful capital alongside our partners and approach each project with an owner’s perspective—from initial acquisition and development through leasing, property management and disposition.
