Josh Budish

Principal

 

Josh Budish is the firm’s founder and a 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. His experience includes acquiring, developing and managing a broad portfolio of commercial real estate assets on behalf of a variety of investors. As principal of Endeavor Development, Josh’s extensive knowledge of the industry offers his partners the confidence to develop, acquire and manage commercial real estate throughout the US Midwest. Prior to founding Endeavor, Josh was vice president of leasing and development at Duke Realty Corporation from 2014 to 2020. In this role, he was responsible for the leasing, development, and overall performance of the company’s 5.1 million-square-foot industrial portfolio in the Minneapolis market. Josh worked at Liberty Property Trust from 2004 to 2014, most recently as director of leasing. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Wisconsin-Madison. In his time away from work, Josh currently serves on the board of directors for the Minnesota chapter of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and is the co-organizer of The Caveman Dinner, a local charity event held annually to raise funds for Highlands Elementary School. Additionally, Josh volunteers his time and knowledge of athletics to children and families in the community, including various roles coaching ice hockey, flag football, and baseball.
