Dan Ruehl is Vice President at Endeavor.  He is responsible for leading the firm’s acquisition and capital markets efforts across all markets.  Dan has over 15 years of experience in all facets of real estate.  Prior to joining Endeavor, he was the acquisitions manager for SR Realty Trust, a private, diversified REIT based out of Minneapolis.  During this time, he sourced, negotiated, and closed Industrial, Multi-Family, and Retail real estate deals throughout the upper Midwest. 

Dan worked at CBRE from 2013 to 2018 in the property management and property accounting department.  In 2017, he received the honor of Real Estate Manager of the Year for CBRE Minneapolis.  Major clients included Slate Grocery REIT, Hudson Advisors, DK Partners, and Northpond Partners. Dan graduated from Saint John’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Accounting and Business Management.  While there he was a two-year captain of the Men’s tennis program.  Dan is an avid golfer, skier, and curler.  He also loves coaching youth sports for his three kids.
